Massive Accountability

Eric Thomas

Massive success requires massive accountability. The Go-Giver first law of stratospheric success is to give more in value than you take in payment. How many people can you give value to every single day?

I’m a husband, father, worship pastor at two churches, builder and leader of a distribution network. My life is big, going on huge. Many people are counting on me. The great thing about that is I don’t have time to procrastinate. I don’t have time for self-pity.  I don’t have time for indecision. I can’t afford to not show up every day. I must become who I am called to be, if for no other reason than there are more and more and more people counting on me to be that man.

Keep perspective. Keep the main thing the main thing. God first. And I want to admire and inspire myself all the way through this. Having said that, the cloud of witnesses is vitally important. Your kids are watching. Your spouse is watching. Your church is watching. Your community is watching. The world is watching.

Go Big! We need the Best You that you can be!

Have a great week!

  1. I was speaking with Reyna as we were laying our heads down for rest about accountability. Strangely coincidental! I will show her this and see what her thoughts are. I tell the people around me that, whether you think so or not, someone sees you as a role model and wants to mimic your movement.
    Great read Lennox!

    Your friend,

    1. Yes Levi, it’s absolutely true what you said that there’s always someone who sees you as a role model. Thanks for sharing your thoughts here!
